Meet Our Founder & Director

You will find Michal (pronounced Michael) to be a practical, analytical and empathetic consultant who is passionate about helping businesses to thrive. As a transformational leader in a variety of industries, he initiated and delivered significant, innovative and game changing, whole-of-business outcomes. He has extensive experience leading transformational change in a variety of different size businesses and industries while establishing and reinventing organisational capabilities.

While working as an internal transformation consultant, Michal realised that it can be difficult for businesses to change from the inside and recognised the value of a business using external support to transform.

He could see that he could use his passion and expertise to deliver pragmatic, cost effective transformational strategies that would help businesses.
